Our Office and Field teams are trained to the highest standard and understand the needs of the diverse market sectors they work with. We are on hand to advise you utilising the latest online technology, via email, phone and on-site visits. Customers connect with us through different channels – we serve you the way you want to buy.
DELIVERY
With three offices and distribution depots located in Cirencester, Cullompton and Bristol, we are never far from you, wherever you are in the South West or Oxfordshire. We deliver to your area at least twice a week using our modern fleet and our own drivers, which ensures you will not need to hold large amounts of stock.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT
With the assistance of the most up-to-date IT system, we can ensure that each customer is provided with all the necessary data to help them meet all legislative demands and budgetary constraints. We can utilise the data resources of the major suppliers whose products we distribute.
CUSTOMISATION
We offer a customisation service for many products, such as clothing, dispensers, bags, mugs, glasses and paper cups. We also offer guidance in the selection and design process. Close relationship with our suppliers means that we can offer excellent prices and service on these products
TRAINING
Our Field Sales team are able to provide on-site training on products, including safety training on chemicals. We have our own in-house specialists for some product categories, which means you do not need expertise to place a specialist order. For example, we help with customising clothes.
FOOD & BEVERAGE HYGIENE SYSTEMS
Food manufacturers can rely on our range of hygiene products tailored to their specific needs. Our team contains an industry-trained expert on Food and Beverage, which means we are able to provide customers with expert guidance in this specialist field. Our story
Established in 1975, we’ve grown from strength to strength.
Spot-On Supplies was founded by Ronald Moore and his wife Betty from their home in Gloucestershire. Through building strong relationships with local business owners, they quickly identified a gap in the market for reliable general cleaning products. And so, Spot-On Supplies was born.
Thanks to the company’s continued success, we’ve since opened three depots to ensure our service and product quality consistently meet — and exceed — customer expectations. With a strong focus on service and quality, we’re proud to work with a loyal and valued customer base.
